Reportedly someone put a "Home For Rent" advertisement on Craigs List for a home in Bay Point. The person perpertrating the scam included pictures of the home that were obtained from Zillow or some similar real estate web site.  A couple was interested in the house, worked the arrangements "on-line" and sent in a deposit.
