Below is the response of the board of directors of the Bay Point Preferred Golf Association to Torchlight Investors (golf course owner), with respect to the recent Meadows redevelopment proposal offered by Torchlight Investors. The golf association's response parallels the recent position adopted by the BPCA board of directors.

Due to a falling tree hazard, Bay Point Road is closed in the area of Marina Club. Traffic from Bay Point West and the resident gate toward the Marriott Drive roundabout should exit at the main gate and re-enter Bay Point via the Jan Cooley gate. Traffic to Marina Club, 4610 and 4600 Bay Point Road should use the Jan Cooley gate. The tree hazard is expected to be remedied
