Hitting the gate and leaving the scene is a hit and run accident involving property damage.  Is it worth it?  Taking another 3 minutes to make it to the residents gate will save you lots of grief.

Gate Crashing at Thomas Drive and Club 72

Even something as simple as a boy walking under the entry gates can prove costly.  Pedestrians can get an electronic pass from the BPCA Office allowing entry through the pedestrian gate.  Going the wrong way in traffic is just plain wrong.  Doing so damages the gate and the car.  If the gate does not work please turn around and go back to the Residents Gate and
