We have had to reschedule our last two planned board meetings. On the agenda for each meeting was the proposed acquisition contract of the golf course properties. Each time we were assured that the contract would be available in time for each board member to have time to read and understand what was being presented. However, the seller, for various reasons has not sent the final draft for our approval. I am not going to schedule back to back meetings for the sake keeping to a meeting schedule.
Therefore, we have rescheduled the Thursday (today 11/12) meeting until Monday November 16. From our side, all is complete as to what we have provided to the seller. The seller has said all is completed on their side, however the contract has not yet been received, therefore the reschedule. Thanks for your understanding.
