Bay Point Road Closed at Marina Club

Due to a falling tree hazard, Bay Point Road is closed in the area of Marina Club. Traffic from Bay Point West and the resident gate toward the Marriott Drive roundabout should exit at the main gate and re-enter Bay Point via the Jan Cooley gate. Traffic to Marina Club, 4610 and 4600 Bay Point Road should use the Jan Cooley gate. The tree hazard is expected to be remedied

Bay Point Security Auxiliary – Volunteers Wanted

The Bay Point Security Department is seeking volunteers for its newly established auxiliary. Members of the auxiliary will enhance the security patrol operation by working with a patrol officer and assisting in identifying speeding vehicles. Specifically, auxiliary members will be trained in the operation and use of the speed detection radar gun. Members will not be involved in pursuit of speeders or in confronting alleged violators by issuing citations. The

Thomas Drive Pedestrian Gate – Reminder

All pedestrians entering or leaving Bay Point via the Thomas Drive entrance must have a BPCA issued pass and enter or exit via the pedestrian gate. Bay Point residents may obtain a pedestrian gate pass at the BPCA office. On April 23rd, the Bay County Planning Commission considered an amendment to the Bay County Comprehensive Plan affecting the Bay Point community.
