At a July 23rd, 2019 meeting the various BPCA principal stakeholder groups updated the community regarding their plans for the hotel, the golf courses, the marina, Baytown and more.  Read BPCA Board Chair Bill Wanner’s note to all concerned.

    Thanx for the comprehensive report. The news presented in the report is encouraging and Bay Point will be closer to ourself when the hotel and other amenities are up and running again. Having the Meadows out of service remains a constant reminder of the power of Mother Nature over mere mortals. Hopefully a time in the not to distant future will have folks playing golf out my back door (#7) once more. Again, thank you for the comprehensive report.

    Mr. Wanner, I applaud your communication of this meeting in both tone and substance. I personally think much of the turbulence within BPCA over the last couple of years is the direct result of communication issues. Please keep up the great work! We appreciate it.
